Desktop Client EULA

01Grant of licence

The Rennblock desktop client (the “Client”) is licensed, not sold. Subject to this agreement, Raul Alessandro Benghe grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Client on computers you own or control, for the sole purpose of using Rennblock with your own account.

02What the Client does

The Client reads telemetry made available by Assetto Corsa EVO on your computer while you drive, and uploads your laps to your Rennblock account using your personal API token. You authorise it to do this. It transmits only the data needed to provide the service (lap, telemetry and tyre data, as described in the Privacy Policy). It does not read unrelated files on your computer.

03Restrictions

You must not:

• copy, redistribute, sell, rent or sublicense the Client, except as permitted by law or by us in writing;
• reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the Client, except to the limited extent the law expressly allows and cannot exclude;
• modify the Client, or use it to send falsified, automated or non-genuine telemetry to Rennblock;
• use the Client to access an account that is not yours, or to attack or disrupt the service;
• remove or alter any copyright or licence notices.

04Your data

The laps and telemetry the Client uploads remain yours and are handled under our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions. Your API token identifies your account — keep it secret; anyone who has it can upload laps as you.

05Updates

We may release updates to the Client to fix bugs, keep it compatible with the game and the service, or add features. Some updates may be required to keep uploading laps. Updates, when available, are provided as downloads from the website.

06Ownership

The Client and all rights in it belong to us or our licensors. This agreement grants a licence to use it and transfers no ownership. Rennblock is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Kunos Simulazioni or the Assetto Corsa brand; those names are trademarks of their respective owners, referenced here only to describe compatibility.

07No warranty

The Client is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be error-free, that every lap will be captured or uploaded, or that it will be compatible with every version of the game or your system. Use it at your own risk and keep your own records of anything important. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.

08Term & termination

This licence applies while you use the Client. It ends automatically if you break its terms, or if your Rennblock account is closed. On termination you must stop using and uninstall the Client. Sections that by their nature survive (ownership, no-warranty, liability) continue to apply.

09Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Italy. Our overall Terms & Conditions, including the liability and jurisdiction sections, also apply to your use of the Client. Questions? Email benghe.web@gmail.com.
