01Acceptance of these terms
These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and
Raul Alessandro Benghe, the operator of Rennblock (“Rennblock”,
“we”, “us”). By requesting access, creating an account, or using the website or the
desktop client, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not
agree, do not use Rennblock.
02The service
Rennblock is a telemetry service for the racing simulator Assetto Corsa EVO. A desktop client
reads data from the game as you drive and uploads your laps to your private dashboard (the
“pit-wall”), where you can review live data, a permanent archive of your laps, and a
leaderboard comparing valid laps across drivers on the same circuit.
03Access & eligibility
Rennblock is currently invite-only and open to drivers worldwide. Access is granted at our
discretion after you request it, and it can be declined or withdrawn. You must be at least
16 years old (a parent or guardian must consent if you are younger) and provide accurate
information when you request access.
You also need a legally obtained copy of Assetto Corsa EVO to use Rennblock. We do not provide the game.
04Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your password and your API token secret.
- You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
- One account is for one person; do not share, sell or transfer it.
- Tell us promptly at benghe.web@gmail.com if you
suspect unauthorised use.
05Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- upload data you did not generate yourself in the game, or falsify lap times or telemetry (for example, to
gain an unfair leaderboard position);
- attempt to access other users’ data, accounts or private telemetry;
- probe, scan, overload, disrupt or circumvent the security or rate limits of the service;
- reverse-engineer, scrape or build a competing service from our data or software, except where the law
expressly allows it;
- use Rennblock for anything unlawful, or in any way that infringes someone else’s rights.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
06Your telemetry & content
The laps and telemetry you upload remain yours. You keep all rights to your data.
To run the service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process and display your data as part of
Rennblock — for example, showing your best valid laps and username on the public leaderboard, and
keeping your laps in your archive. This licence lasts only as long as your data is on the service and ends
when you delete it.
You can delete individual laps, or your whole account, at any time from the dashboard. Deleting your account
removes your telemetry with it.
07The desktop client
The Rennblock desktop client is licensed to you, not sold, under our
End-User Licence Agreement (EULA). By installing or using it, you accept that EULA.
08Beta status & availability
Rennblock is offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis and may still be in
beta. Features may change, break or be removed, and the service may be unavailable for
maintenance or reasons outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that any lap will be
stored without error — keep your own records of anything important.
09Payments & subscriptions
Rennblock is currently free. We plan to introduce paid subscription plans in the future.
When we do, the following will be completed here before any plan goes live: the prices, billing cycle, payment provider,
applicable taxes (VAT), renewal and cancellation terms, and the 14-day right of withdrawal for EU consumers.
No charges will ever be made without your clear, prior agreement.
10Intellectual property & trademarks
The Rennblock name, logo, website, software and design are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by
law. These Terms give you permission to use the service; they do not transfer any of those rights to you.
Not affiliated with Assetto Corsa. Rennblock is an independent, unofficial tool. It is not
affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or approved by Kunos Simulazioni S.r.l., 505 Games,
or any owner of the Assetto Corsa brand. “Assetto Corsa” and related names and logos are
trademarks of their respective owners, used here only to describe compatibility. All other product names and
marks belong to their respective owners.
11Disclaimers
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Rennblock is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express
or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Telemetry
and lap times are provided for informational and entertainment purposes and may contain errors. Nothing in
these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.
12Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data,
lost profits or lost opportunities arising from your use of — or inability to use — Rennblock.
Nothing here excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud,
or for anything else that cannot be limited under Italian or EU law. Where liability cannot be excluded, it
is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
13Suspension & termination
You may stop using Rennblock and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if
you break these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. Access here is granted, never
taken for granted: an invitation can be withdrawn. On termination, the licence to use the service ends;
sections that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers and liability) will
continue to apply.
14Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. We will change the “last updated” date and,
for significant changes, take reasonable steps to notify account holders. Continuing to use Rennblock after a
change means you accept the updated Terms.
15Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Italy, unless
mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in the courts of your own country of
residence. If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remains in force.
